The person making the will must be over 18. The person making the will must be of sound mind. It must contain their wishes, i.e. not what someone else pressures them into including. It must contain an opening, identifying the person making the will. It must contain a revocation, i.e. it cancels out all previous wills. It must be properly attested. i.e. it must be signed by the person making the will and 2 witnesses WHO MUST ALL SIGN AT THE SAME TIME AND PLACE.
