Preparing your Will; - Firstly, we visit you at your home, during the day or evening, whichever is the most convenient to you. At this time, we take your instructions and, where required, we give guidance on such matters as Inheritance Tax, Trusts, Gifts of Money to Children, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Storage and Probate.

Soon after this initial appointment you will be provided with a legal, valid and binding Will, delivered to you for signing and witnessing.
