We normally transact business in two meetings. This may be at your home, in the evening if you wish.
You get full counsel to help you decide the most appropriate action for your needs and wishes.

We charge a realistic price for our expertise and the benefits you gain by it. If you like to view your
purchases on a price/benefit scale, you´ll find that our fixed fee services may very well save you at least
100 times the fee in future costs alone. You get value and service. Not the hard sell for little in return.
REGULATION
Will writing is not the regulated legal activity people think it is and there are allsorts who claim to be
expert. Even ´reputable´ types. This is where a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. The wrong move
can cost a family dear. There is no such thing as ´a´ Will. There´s only the ´right´ one.
To authenticate our specialist calibre, we are a member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW)
(http://www.ipw.org.uk/). This is a voluntary regulation organisation to protect clients interests and the
only body of it´s type who´s code of practice is ratified by the Office of Fair Trading(OFT).
We do not advocate you include our firm in your Will in any capacity. We do not defer responsibility for
the Will onto you in the ´small print´. We do not deal in commodity. What we do do, is give you a unique
unmatched service that is protected by professional indemnity up to £2,000,000 - initially.
