Prior to the appointment, a pre meeting questionnaire will be sent to you together with details of our fixed fees. During the appointment we will obtain a thorough understanding of your circumstances and wishes and clearly explain to you the elements of a Will, including the role of guardians, executors and trustees.

Within 7 to 10 days of our appointment, a draft will is sent to you for your approval together with a detailed explanation letter covering the contents of the Will. If you want to make any changes or include any other details you can at this stage.

Once you are happy, a further appointment is arranged so we can meet and arrange for the signing and witnessing of your Will. After this the Will becomes a legally binding document. Many companies simply send you the Will for signing, running the risk that the process is not correctly carried out leaving the Will invalid.
